Since it was established in 1993, TÜV SÜD Japan has grown, by opening the Osaka Office (presently Kansai Headquarters) in 1996 and establishing a joint venture TÜV SÜD Ohtama with Ohtama. To assist Japanese customers dealing with products globally, TÜV SÜD Japan employs various nationalities who are familiar with the Japanese corporate culture and major world markets, and provides services to meet needs mainly through Japanese staff. Worldwide, support is available from about 14,000 experts of the TÜV SÜD Group.
