Radio equipments for USA and Canada
TCB (Telecommunication Certification Body) type approvals
TÜV SÜD Japan, together with an accredited TCB (Telecommunication Certification Body) in Germany, acts as a host for manufacturers who wish to obtain FCC certification. We are bound to host the certification of your radio and telecom equipments from FCC compliance testing to obtaining FCC grant in one package, which will get you off the long road of applying directly to FCC. Compliance testing can be done either in Japan or overseas depending on your choice.

FCB (Foreign Certification Body) type approvals
Through an accredited FCB (Foreign Certification Body), TÜV SÜD Japan also enables manufacturers to obtain FCB type approval for IC (Industry Canada). All radio and telecom equipments subject to IC approvals can be certified through FCB application. Equipments for IC type approvals must comply with all radio standards (RSS: Radio Standards Specifications) under Category 1. Testing can be done either in Japan or overseas depending on your choice.
