Realizing cases from the client’s view point, identifying their needs, and having thoughts ‘ How can we support the clients ? ’ are necessary as service provider. ‘ Client oriented’, ‘ proposal based mindset ‘, and ‘problem solving ability’ are the key competence which employees are required to have.
