Tokyo, Japan – TÜV SÜD Zacta, a member of one of the world’s leading technical service organizations, has been accredited for JCB (Japan Credit Bureau) Mobile Level 1 Testing. The international service provider is using this to extend its service offering regarding payment systems.
TÜV SÜD now offers type approval and debug services for JCB Mobile Level 1 Testing in addition to the EMVCo Mobile Level 1 and Visa Mobile Level 1 testing. Performance and Combi-Interoperability Testing are important parts of the JCB certification process, and TÜV SÜD is now adding this new service to an already wide portfolio of testing that can be provided for payment systems such as Contact and Contactless Level 1 and Level 2 test for Card and Terminal in accordance with EMV and Visa specification.
Compliance with JCB’s rules and regulations is required for card vendors,issuers and acquirers that wish to issue or accept JCB branded products.
“With this accreditation, TÜV SÜD provide more comprehensive testing services to our partners developing mobile handsets and work closely with them.” explained Fabien Bocquet, Smartcard Systems manager of TÜV SÜD Zacta. “However, this is just the first step, and we will keep expanding our services to provide more wide and streamlined testing solutions.”
